The Promoter is Beans Entertainment Ltd.
If you are under 16, you need permission from your parent/guardian before you can enter the promotion. You can enter if you live in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands, unless someone who lives in your house works for the Promoter or Immediate Media Company.
The closing date for entries is 11.59pm on 30th March 2017.
By entering the competition, you promise that:
you have read these rules and that you will follow them; and your surname and county of residence may be released if you win a prize.
We can’t accept entries that arrive late and we can’t accept responsibility if your entry is lost.
To enter by post: Send your finished Bean to StickerComp 04/17, Bean&Gone, S4C Media Centre, Cardiff CF14 5DU. Include one form of contact details for us to inform you if your entry is the winner.
To enter electronically: Take a picture of your finished Bean and send to: firstname.lastname@example.org subject ‘Cbeebies Comp’
Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
The Promoter and an independent judge will select the winner based on the most creative bean. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into.
The winner will be notified by 6th June 2017 by post/telephone/email. If the winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within seven days of such notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.
There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
The name and county of residence of the winner will be available by an information request from our contact page on the Bean&Gone™ website within two months of the closing date of the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.
The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
The promotion is subject to the laws of England & Wales.
